I’m waiting
I’m waiting on You, Lord
And I am hopeful
I’m waiting on You, Lord
Though it is painful
But patiently, I will wait
I will move ahead, bold and confident
Taking every step in obedience
While I’m waiting
I will serve You
While I’m waiting
I will worship
While I’m waiting
I will not faint
I’ll be running the race
Even while I wait
I’m waiting
I’m waiting on You, Lord
And I am peaceful
I’m waiting on You, Lord
Though it’s not easy
But faithfully, I will wait
Yes, I will wait
I will serve You while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting
I will serve You while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting
I will serve you while I’m waiting
I will worship while I’m waiting on You, Lord
Congratulations! We’re thinking about you and praying for your family. We’ve learned through Katie that HLHS kids like to do things there own way, on their own time – it looks like Rudy’s the same!
Just thought I’d point out what the Mannings have been a great comfort to us and what a blessing technology is. It was my discovery of their blog that encouraged me to start this one as they’ve walked a similar journey on the other side of the country with their Katie. A challenge with such a rare diagnosis is that you can usually find people with similar conditions but few with the same, so it’s been a comfort for Trish and I to learn from Vickie and Alan’s experience. If you’re interested there journey is at http://katiemanning.wordpress.com/.
Hi my dear friends,
I’ve been praying for you all,and am looking forward to hearing the latest update on dearest Rudy. Please call me and let me know if I can do anything from where I am for you guys. I am also happy to drive to Santa Barbara to hang with the kids or bring them to L.a. etc.
Rudy’s pictures are so sweet. He’s in my thoughts and prayers constantly.
Much love to you all.
Welcome Rudy!! from the cousins in Dixie. We’ve been praying all the time and everyone is so excited for the news. It is a great time for us to learn about God’s sovreignty and power. We send lots of hugs to the bigger cousins too. We love you all.
Congratulations! I’m a bit jealous you guys look a lot younger than I do. Rudy is a beautiful baby and as lucky to have you as you him. I am sure some day our paths will cross again. Until that day, I will look forward to it and keep you in my heart and, yes, my prayers.
What a great gift of God! We are so pleased for you Trish and Rolf and for your dear and growing family. You look so happy in the photos. We’ll be praying for Rudy as he faces the immediate future and for you dear friends.

Rudy will be a blessing to everyone. Rudy, in turn, is blessed by entering this world and into the hands of the perfect parents, brothers and sister. We are holding all of you in our prayers as well as the team of doctors and nurses who will repair Rudy’s heart.
Lots of love,
Betty and Michael
